Architect HLW

At the heart of this two-floor workplace is the Centre of Gravity (COG) — a 50-metre circumference oak veneered bulkhead designed to bring together seating, desking and a Barista Bar.

Working alongside Parkeray and HLW, Martina delivered the bespoke joinery package for the project, manufacturing and installing a range of elements across both floors.

The COG provides a strong architectural focal point while creating a practical hub for people to work, meet and connect. Around it, a range of complementary joinery elements help establish a consistent design language throughout the workplace.

The scale of the central feature, combined with the variety of joinery across two floors, required careful coordination throughout manufacture and installation.
