Ian joined Martina in 2003 at the age of 21, after graduating from university. His design skills helped strengthen existing client relationships and develop new opportunities. Having played a key role in building the business, he took ownership in 2020 and continues to grow Martina’s capabilities, drawing on his experience in quantity surveying, tendering, design and project management to build a skilled and reliable team.
